About Me

My name is Tonya Sauer. I've been a professional nurse for over 10 years and have a passion for learning. As a Catholic, I cherish the teachings of the Church on marriage and family life. As a woman, the self-knowledge I've gained in tracking my own fertility using NFP, and in successfully planning my own family with it, has given me confidence and empowerment when it comes to my health. 
I am blessed to be married to my husband, Tim -- tireless supporter and my 24/7 in-house IT guy. Together, we have three beautiful children, Norah, Gideon and Augustine (AKA "Gus"). 
It would be my delight to teach you about your own fertility and provide you with compassionate support throughout your own NFP journey.
